A message from Miss Sandberg
I hope this finds all of you keeping well. I just want to update you on the latest information regarding continued learning here at QAS.
You will receive a letter from your child’s classroom teacher today, giving you some information about how to contact the teacher and some learning ideas to start with. We have been advised by the many health care professionals that at this time it is important to try keep community and being social as priorities. We cannot be together in large groups but we can email or phone others. Please be in contact with us!
This week our staff has been meeting, remotely to begin the process of what our lessons will be like and how they will be delivered to the students. We already have many good resources and “tools” in order to achieve our goals. We will be starting with activities that are review activities and should allow the students to work independently. With Holy Week, next week, we will also be focusing on the most holy week in our Church calendar.
The staff are very committed to provide our children the best learning opportunities at this time, even if we cannot be together in the building.
Please stay safe, pray, and know that together we will get through this,
Joan Sandberg
Principal
