Help us reach our annual fundraising goal!
o PURDYS FUNDRAISER:
It’s that time of year again. Queen of All Saints is fundraising with Purdys Chocolatier, just in time for Christmas! A booklet was sent home with your child today. If you’d like to support us through purchasing some very sweet Christmas gifts for friends, family and yourself, please click the link: https://fundraising.purdys.com/1819013-119857 . After you’ve signed in, you can buy our amazing chocolates or invite others to join and support our Fundraising Campaign. All orders need to be submitted online by Monday, November 25th. Your orders will be ready for pickup on Thursday December 5th in the school parking lot. Thank you so much for supporting Queen of All Saints School. o Community Coupon Book:
Just a reminder to please send in $35 if you are purchasing the book and if you are not interested, please return the book in the bag to the school. All books and payment need to be in by Thursday, November 21st.

Auction items are now being accepted – Gift cards, experiences, tickets, wines or spirits, etc. We are welcoming all levels of sponsorship to help make this a successful school event for our kids! Sponsorship and auction information is attached.
100% of the profits go back to the school and directly benefit your children.
The success of this event relies on our generous sponsors, auction items, and your family support.
Some much-needed upgrades will come to our school following this event. Please see the attached for details on where the funds will be spent.
School News
o Kindergarten 2025–2026:
We are currently accepting applicants for next September’s class. Children must be born in 2020 (turn 5 years of age by Dec. 31, 2025). Applications may be found online on our website at: qasbc.ca or picked up at the school office. A completed application can be submitted via email to: [email protected] or dropped off at the QAS office. Interviews will begin in January.
According to our records, the following families have a sibling entering K next year: Achacoso, Azana, Chiu, Di Fluri, Loreto, Saliba, Wong, See, Han, Yoon, Estoque, Galindo, Dlima, Chan, Cikes, Cordick and Barker.
If your name does not appear on this list and you have a sibling, please let the office know as soon as possible.
o Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School Information Night:
This is an information evening for Grade 6 and 7 parents. Mr. De Julius, Principal of Carney will be at our school on Monday, November 25 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in our library.
o Christmas Concert Save the Date:
will be held on Tuesday, December 10th at 1:30 p.m. and Wednesday, December 11th at 1:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. More information to come.
o Hot Lunch:
Just a reminder if your child is going to be away and has ordered hot lunch, please let the office know before 10:00a.m. if you would like to pick it up.
Parent Participation
o Book Fair Category Manager:
Our Category Manager for the Book Fair (held in Spring and Fall each year) will be leaving the school after the 2025-26 school year. We are looking for a parent to start to train with the current category manager and take on this role long-term. If you’re interested in taking on this role, please contact [email protected].
o Submitting Volunteer Hours:

Parish Information
Our Parish invites all families to join the following events:
o Friday Morning Coffee & Treats! -Nov 15th:
Join us this Friday for the school Mass at 9:00am followed by a warm cup of coffee, sweet treats and great conversation in the parish hall.
o Save the Date | Nov 27th 6:30pm | Advent Wreath Making-Family Activity |
Get ready to make this Advent season truly special with your children!
The wreath making will take place on Wednesday, Nov 27th, 6:30pm until 7:30pm at the parish hall, and supplies will cost $15 per family. There will be hot chocolate with marshmallows for everyone to enjoy. To ensure your supplies are secured please click here to register and etransfer $15 to [email protected]
o All Saints Parish Christmas Eve Pageant!
Would your child like to be a part of the greatest story ever told? We are excited to invite your child to be part of our Christmas Pageant at All Saints Parish this year! It will take place before the Holy Mass on December 24th! There are various roles to fill up such as narrator, Mary, Joseph, Angels, etc, in the Christmas story. This year we are also hoping to form a children’s choir for the pageant.

Join the women in our parish for a retreat day to begin the Advent season.

Join us for the Men’s Retreat this Advent season, an opportunity to deepen your faith and connect with fellow parishioners! For just a $10 cover charge, enjoy a catered dinner while engaging in inspiring talks by Scott Roy, Acting President at Catholic Pacific College.
