School News
· PE Strip Ordering – is now open on the school website until Wednesday, June 17 at 5pm or click on the link https://qasbc.ca/pe-uniform-orders/. You can drop off either cash or cheque to the school office. Students will receive their orders in September.
· Consignment Sale – will be taking place on Thursday, June 11 from 1:30 – 2:30. We will need some volunteers to help with the sale, if you are able to help out, please email Mrs. Valbuena at [email protected]
· QAS School Yearbook – is now ready for pre-order through this link https://shop.imagequix.com/s1506923349 The cost of the Yearbook is $18.50 plus GST. Deadline to order is Tuesday, June 9th. Books can be shipped to school for free or shipped to home for $7 plus tax. Yearbooks will be delivered to the school by Monday, June 22nd.
· Wellness Survey – All CISVA schools are doing this survey from Safer Schools. We want to hear your thoughts on your child’s experiences at our school. We invite you to complete a survey that includes questions regarding student safety, the school’s climate and culture, additional safety measures, and your involvement in school activities.
The survey is anonymous and will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. You can access the survey online using the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/k7C8cbA8UA.
Once you have finished, your responses will be automatically sent to a secure site.
The information collected is confidential and will be used to generate a report that includes recommendations to enhance school safety, climate, and culture. We value your feedback as we work together to ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive school community. Please complete the survey by Monday, June 8, 2026.
· School Start School Supplies – an email was sent out to classes today with the information for next year’s school supplies. All orders are done through School Start. We have hard copies at the office if you need one.
· Lost and found – please come by to check out the lost and found before the end of school year. There is lots of water bottles and clothing items. Anything that isn’t picked up will be donated. Please label your children’s clothes.
· Projector – if any parents have a projector that the school could borrow for the Grade 7 Farewell mass on Friday, June 19. Please let the office know.

Parish News
· Friday Morning Coffee & Treats! – June 3 – Come join us for coffee and some treats after the Friday morning Mass! Feel free to bring something to share. If you’re interested in joining the Friday hospitality team send Tammy an email at [email protected]
· Campus Master Plan Townhall – June 17, Wednesday – You are Invited to a Townhall on June 17, 2026 to discuss the Vision and Master Plan for the All Saints Parish Campus. Come and see what our school and parish can look like in the next few years.
