School News
· Thursday, June 18 is Canada Colour Day 🇨🇦 Go Canada Go! Wear your Canada colours on Thursday as we cheer on our team and celebrate our country.
Choir students: We know that you have a field trip that day, but please come dressed in your Canada gear as well.
· Friday, June 19th at 9:00 a.m. – it’s our final school mass and it’s the Farewell Mass for our Grade 7 students. At the end of Mass, the Grade 7 students will “pass the leadership” to the Grade 6 students.
Dismissal is at 11:50 a.m. on this day.
· Thursday, June 25th from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. – will be report card pick up. You may come at the time that is most convenient for your family. If you are not able to come on this day, please assign another family to pick up your child’s report card. Students are not required to wear their uniform on this day.
The “Grade tables” will be set up in the gym. The lost and found will also be set up in the gym. Please check the lost and found, as there are many items. Any items left behind will be donated to charity.

· Changes for Next Year – We would like to wish Ms. Langlois a happy and well-deserved retirement. Over the years, she has touched the lives of countless students through her care, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our school community. We are deeply grateful for all she has given and wish her joy, good health, and many wonderful adventures in the years ahead.
As Ms. Ha returns to SFU to continue her studies, we thank her for the enthusiasm and support she brought to our students each day. We wish her every success in this next stage of her journey and look forward to seeing her back in our hallways as a substitute Educational Assistant.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Federico for the positive impact she has made during her time at QAS. We wish her happiness and exciting opportunities as she begins her next chapter.
We are delighted to welcome Mrs. A. Jung to our school community. With experience supporting learners across a variety of grades and educational settings, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping students succeed.

· Celebrating 40 Years of Faithful Priesthood – Our parish joyfully announces that Father Don is celebrating the 40th Anniversary of his priestly ordination this month. To honour this milestone, we will celebrate as follows:
June 27th | 5 PM Mass | Followed by a Reception at 6 PM
June 28th | After 9AM Mass & 11AM Mass: Special Treats in the Parish Hall.
Cost of Tickets for 27th: $40 per person or $75 per couple (Adults Only)
Please keep Father Don in your prayers during this special anniversary, asking the Holy Spirit to renew his strength, deepen his joy, and guide him in the years ahead.

· All Saints Parish Legion of Mary invites QAS Families to a Rosary Nature Walk – All ages welcome! Come walk, pray, and be inspired by the beauty of God’s creation. Guided by the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi and Laudato Si’, let’s reflect together on caring for our common home. Please see the attached poster.
