School News

· Re-Registration Packages – are due back at the school office tomorrow, Thursday, March 12. Late packages will be subject to a $50 late fee.

· Cambridge Uniforms – see attached information sheet from Cambridge Uniforms. All orders need to be ordered by June 15^th, 2026.

· RCAV Men’s Hostel – We will also be collecting items for the RCAV Men’s Hostel. Last year, our community was very generous. They are looking forward to our support again. Items that they collect are toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, socks, gloves, toques, and shampoo. Items may be dropped off in the boxes in the front foyer of the school.

· QAS Basketball – Congratulations to our Grade 7 Girls and Boys, and our Grade 6 Girls teams who competed in the CISVA Big 8 Championships last week. The competition was difficult at this level. Our Grade 7 teams both lost in the quarter finals but had great seasons. Our Grade 6 Girls team finished in 4^th place. This is a wonderful result. Well done athletes and coaches.

· Basketball Jerseys – A reminder that all jerseys should be washed and returned. Team photos will take place tomorrow at lunch. Athletes will need to have their jerseys at school.

· Basketball Summer Camp – Archbishop Carney will be hosting another basketball camp this summer, August 24th. Please see the attached poster.

Fundraising News

· Movie Night – SAVE THE DATE – QAS Movie Night is happening on Friday, April 17, 2026! More details will be shared after Spring Break. If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please contact Tricia Estoque at [email protected]

· Friday Morning Coffee & Treats! – Friday, March 13, – Join us for the school Mass at 9:00 AM this Friday, then head to the parish hall for coffee and great conversation!

· Talk on Social Media Awareness, Digital Citizenship, Cyberbullying Thursday, April 23 at 6PM-8PM, Parish Hall
