School News
· St. Vincent de Paul: Each Advent, our school supports the All Saints Parish StVdP by donating food items to support families and individuals. Students are asked to bring in the following items until Friday, December 12th. Thank you to families that have already donated items.
| § Canned tuna, salmon, chicken, ham § Canned vegetables, fruit § Pork and beans § Soup § Canned chili or stew § Mac and cheese | § Instant Potatoes § Crackers § Peanut Butter § Pasta and pasta sauce § Breakfast Cereal § Pancake mix, syrup § Juice |
· Advent Assemblies – all are invited to attend these prayer times on Monday, Dec. 15 at 8:50 a.m.
· Christmas Concert – The doors will open for the matinee performance at 1:15 pm on Tuesday, December 16th. For the evening performance on Wednesday, December 17th, students need to arrive at 6:40 pm and the doors will open at 6:45 pm. There are no tickets but in lieu of, we will be accepting food items and cash donations for St. Vincent de Paul.
· Dress Down Day – will be on Thursday, December 18th “Christmas PJs”. – Students who will be participating are asked to bring a food donation for St. Vincent de Paul and students not participating should be in full uniform
Fundraising
· Fundraising Update – Thank you for your wonderful support of our PAC Fundraisers so far this year! Since September, we have raised over $20,000 through the Halloween Party, Community Books, Hot Dog Lunches, Purdy’s Sales, and Breakfast with Santa. We’d like to thank the organizers of each of these fantastic events and to thank you, our community, for attending, buying and gifting in support of our amazing school.
· Save The Date – we are excited to ask you to save the date for Friday, March 6, when we will be holding our Spring Pub Night at St James’s Well. More details and ticket sales will come in January.

Hot Lunch
· Munch a Lunch – just a reminder munch a lunch will close for session 2 on Friday, December 12 at midnight. You can click on the click to order or set up an account. www.munchalunch.com/schools/queenofallsaints
NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Second session will start on Wednesday, January 7th.
Parish News
· Friday Morning Coffee & Treats! – Friday, December 12th. Join us for the school Mass at 9:00 AM this Friday, then head to the parish hall for coffee and great conversation!
· Christmas Pageant 2025 – Rehearsal Dates (for both the pageant and the choir – the choir may take a bit longer):
