· School Uniform – you will see an attached “Uniform Infraction Notice” for your reference. Staff members will be sending these home with your child, if there is a consistent problem. We typically deal with pants that are not approved, nail polish, kilts that are too short, forgotten PE strip, and indoor shoes that are not all black in colour. The long-time wish of parents is that our students are “uniform” in their attire. We need to work together so that we maintain this goal.

· Consignment Sale will be on Friday, February 27th from 1:30pm – 2:30pm. Unfortunately, due to space and excess inventory we are not able to receive new items in consignment for this upcoming sale. The coordinator is looking for 1 volunteer to help, if you are interested, please email Mrs. Valbuena at [email protected]

· PAC Pub Night Join the QAS PAC for a Pub Night on Friday, March 6 at St James Well. Tickets cost $45 per person. Join the QAS community and support the school! Please see the ticket order form with more details attached. Don’t have a printer? Stop at the school office for a hard copy of the order form. All forms and payments are due back to the school office no later than Thursday, March 5th.

· Friday Morning Coffee & Treats! – Friday, 6 February – Join us for the school Mass at 9:00 AM this Friday, then head to the parish hall for coffee and great conversation!

· Spring Alpha – Dear School Parents: The parish would like to invite you once again to attend Alpha.

If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more about becoming Catholic, Alpha is the first step in this process.

Please scan the QR code on the attached postcard or click on this link to register: Spring Alpha and join an open conversation about faith.

· Made for Heaven – Lenten Series – As we enter this sacred season of Lent, the parish is preparing a meaningful journey of reflection, renewal, and deeper connection with a God who created us for eternal life.

Each week, we’ll open with praise & worship, explore the gospel for the upcoming Sunday, listen to a testimony from one of our parishioners, and create space for conversation, and spiritual renewal.

You are invited to join us for our Lenten gatherings, a 4-part series “Made for Heaven” with Fr. Agustino Torres from FORMED.

Let’s journey together toward Easter with open hearts and renewed hope.

Invite your friends or family members to journey this Lenten season with you.

· Lenten Fridays: Soup and Bun – Volunteers Needed! – As we prepare for the Lenten season, we are looking for volunteers from our QAS families to help provide soup and buns for our parish community on Friday, March 6. Our goal each Friday is to offer two (2) to three (3) varieties of soup. To support this effort, volunteers are kindly asked to serve enough for approximately 20–30 people. Soup distribution will take place in the parish hall from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, prior to the Stations of the Cross and Mass.
