Dear Parents,
As you are aware, our PHO made an announcement regarding the changes in COVID-19 protocols yesterday. We are still waiting to hear what this means for schools. However, we have been told that as of next Tuesday, February 22nd, we will not be required to have staggered start/end/recess times for students. Therefore, as of Tuesday, school will begin for all grades at 8:40 a.m. Lunch will begin at 11:50 a.m. for all grades (playing first, eating second). All students will eat lunch at 12:20 p.m. School will end for all students at 2:50 p.m.
Once we have received further direction of any more changes, we will keep you informed.

Paint Night Fundraiser
Come and join the PAC for a fun evening of painting quotes on a sign, tray, or doormat with Naked Pallet. This will be on Friday, March 4th, at 7:30pm at the All Saints Parish Centre. For just $75, you’ll be able to enjoy pizza, some snacks and your choice of one :

Parent Participation Program – opportunity to gain 2 hours!
Needless to say that the past couple of years has been challenging with the changing restrictions in implementing our programs. We would like to hear from you in terms of parent participation programs we can consider for the next school year. To encourage you to make suggestions, we will be providing two (2) hours towards parent participation for this school year for any submission given whether it is selected as part of the program or not. If you are interested to submit your ideas, please email [email protected] with the following information:
– Participating Family Name
– Grade of Youngest Child
– Name of the Suggested Program
– Short description of the program (in terms of mechanics, what is needed, how many volunteers required, etc.)
– Are you willing to be the category manager? (Yes / No)
Deadline of submission by February 25, 2022
Also all the submitted hours has been recorded in the system please do check if it matches your records, and contact [email protected] if there are any discrepancies.

CARNIVAL COMMITTEE: It looks like Carnival is a go this year! We need to get the carnival committee together asap and start planning this family friendly event. The FIRST organization meeting is next Thursday, February 24th at 7pm on ZOOM.
No School
There is no school tomorrow, Thursday, February 17th and Friday, February 18th for the Catholic Educators Conference. Monday, February 21st is the BC Family Day holiday. Enjoy your extra-long weekend.
