QAS SPCA Day

Students are invited to dress down tomorrow, Thursday, May 26 for QAS SPCA Day. They can wear something that represents a pet! Donations will support the local SPCA  (min $1 suggested). There will be fun stations outside at lunch hosted by the QAS SPCA Club.

CARNIVAL 

We are so excited to be having the carnival next Friday, June 3rd!  There will be something for everyone there: Lots of Food, Games, Talent Show, Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Beer Garden etc. In order to make this event a success we are asking for:  

 A) Pre Order Forms:  They were due today, but we will extend it until Friday, May 28th. Please send in your pre order forms so that we can plan more accurately.   Please make sure your oldest child’s name is written on the form.   

B)  Volunteer Forms: Many volunteers are needed to make this big event run smoothly.  We are extending the deadline  so please send in the volunteer form by Friday or contact Dulce directly if you can help. High School students can also volunteer if you have older children who need service hours. Please consider helping out!

C) Baking Needed: Hours Given! We will be having a bake sale table at the carnival and we are requesting baked goods. You can get up to 2 hours (max) of participation hours for baking.  One (1) hour is equivalent to: 2 dozen cookies;   1 dozen cupcakes;   1 loaf;  1 pie;  1 cake.  Can you please bring your baking to the school either on Thursday, June 2nd or the morning of Friday, June 3rd before noon (preferably).
